Privacy Policy – Peek

Peek is an iOS app that recognises Pokémon trading cards shown in a livestream on your screen and displays current market prices in a Live Activity. This policy explains which data the app processes, why, and what your rights are.

2. Summary
- Card recognition runs entirely on your device. The screen broadcast is analysed in memory and is neither recorded nor uploaded.
- No advertising, no tracking, no analytics SDKs, no automatic diagnostics in the App Store version.
- Images leave your device only when you tap “Report” yourself.
- Your account is used for sign-in and for your subscription status, nothing else.
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools.

4. What stays on your device
- The screen broadcast (ReplayKit) is processed frame by frame in memory and discarded.
- Your scan history, settings and cached card artwork are stored locally on your iPhone.
- The app does not read your contacts, location, photos or microphone.

Payment data is processed by Apple only. The app never sees your payment details.
Price links open TCGplayer or Cardmarket in your browser. Their privacy policies apply from that point on.
6. Reports and third-party content
A report screenshot shows the livestream as it appeared on your screen, which may include the seller’s video or chat messages. Reports are used solely to improve recognition and prices and are not published. Please do not include personal information in the note field.
7. Account deletion
Settings → Delete account removes your account, your subscription status and, for Sign in with Apple, revokes the Apple token. Reports are not linked to your account and expire after 90 days regardless. The subscription itself is managed and cancelled via your Apple ID settings.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Contact: info@peektcg.com.
9. Children
Peek is not directed at children under 16.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when the app changes. The current version is always available at peektcg.com/privacy.

Peek ist eine iOS-App, die in einem Livestream auf deinem Bildschirm gezeigte Pokémon-Sammelkarten erkennt und aktuelle Marktpreise in einer Live-Aktivität anzeigt. Diese Erklärung beschreibt, welche Daten die App verarbeitet, wozu, und welche Rechte du hast.

2. Kurzfassung
- Die Kartenerkennung läuft vollständig auf deinem Gerät. Die Bildschirmübertragung wird im Arbeitsspeicher ausgewertet, weder aufgezeichnet noch hochgeladen.
- Keine Werbung, kein Tracking, keine Analyse-SDKs, keine automatische Diagnose in der App-Store-Version.
- Bilder verlassen dein Gerät nur, wenn du selbst auf „Melden“ tippst.
- Dein Konto dient der Anmeldung und dem Abo-Status, sonst nichts.
- Diese Webseite setzt keine Cookies und nutzt keine Analyse-Tools.

4. Was auf deinem Gerät bleibt
- Die Bildschirmübertragung (ReplayKit) wird Bild für Bild im Arbeitsspeicher verarbeitet und verworfen.
- Scan-Historie, Einstellungen und zwischengespeicherte Kartenbilder liegen lokal auf deinem iPhone.
- Die App liest weder Kontakte, Standort, Fotos noch Mikrofon.

Zahlungsdaten verarbeitet ausschließlich Apple. Die App sieht deine Zahlungsdaten nie.

6. Meldungen und Inhalte Dritter
Ein Melde-Screenshot zeigt den Livestream so, wie er auf deinem Bildschirm zu sehen war, ggf. inklusive Video des Verkäufers oder Chat-Nachrichten. Meldungen dienen ausschließlich der Verbesserung von Erkennung und Preisen und werden nicht veröffentlicht. Bitte keine personenbezogenen Angaben in das Notizfeld schreiben.
7. Kontolöschung
Einstellungen → Konto löschen entfernt dein Konto, deinen Abo-Status und widerruft bei „Mit Apple anmelden“ das Apple-Token. Meldungen sind nicht mit deinem Konto verknüpft und laufen ohnehin nach 90 Tagen ab. Das Abo selbst wird über deine Apple-ID-Einstellungen verwaltet und gekündigt.
8. Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO) sowie auf jederzeitigen Widerruf einer Einwilligung mit Wirkung für die Zukunft. 9. Kinder
Peek richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren.
10. Änderungen
Diese Erklärung wird bei Änderungen der App angepasst. Die aktuelle Fassung steht immer unter peektcg.com/privacy.
